Hi everyone, I'm hoping to tap into your expertise about an ongoing problem we're facing with some Dell laptops during Microsoft Teams meetings. We're seeing these weird green blocky artifacts and distorted video, which seems to be linked to Intel graphics drivers. So far, we've confirmed that models like the Dell Pro 14 Plus, Pro 16 Plus, and Latitude 5450/5550 are affected, and the issue arises when we use Dell's MDT driver packs. Interestingly, devices that are Entra-joined don't exhibit this problem. Microsoft has hinted that the Intel drivers provided through Dell might be outdated or misconfigured and suggest rolling back to earlier versions may help. However, I'm looking for recommendations on stable driver packs or specific Intel graphics versions that actually resolve this issue. Rolling back does help, but the official packs keep causing problems again. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried using the Dell Command Utility for managing the drivers? It can sometimes offer better results than what you get from MDT packs. I've had success with it in similar situations.

Great suggestion! We have tried that with the latest driver packs, but the artifact issue remains. It's frustrating because we can't use Autopilot due to some legacy applications. Still, we're exploring all options!
