I'm running into a persistent issue during installation where I receive the message stating that the required files aren't available. The error code shown is 0x8007025D. We've tried reinstalling the MediaTool and are using a 16GB USB drive. Any ideas on what might be going wrong here?

This error often points to a hardware issue, particularly with your RAM. I would recommend checking your RAM sticks—try reseating them, and if that doesn't help, test them one at a time to see if one might be faulty. Running the diagnostics from your BIOS could also give you some insight. If the RAM seems fine, consider looking into the destination drive. Sometimes it could be an old format type or a sign of corruption.

If you find your RAM isn't the issue, you might want to check how your USB drive is formatted. Make sure it's using the GUID Partition Table (GPT) format rather than Master Boot Record (MBR). Corruption during the partitioning process can also cause this type of error during installations.
