Help with Memtest86 Errors and Random Crashes

I'm experiencing random BSODs and crashes while playing games like CSGO and Marvel Rivals. I ran Memtest86 and it flagged thousands of errors. I've tested each RAM stick individually and in different slots with both XMP on and off, and I've even lowered the CPU voltage and updated the chipset drivers. I also reset my BIOS. I don't have any verified working RAM to test with. I bought this RAM three years ago after having to replace my last two sticks. Could this be bad RAM, or might there be an issue with my CPU or motherboard instead? By the way, I also wiped my hard drives thinking one could be corrupt. My PC specs are:

Motherboard: ASROCK X570 Phantom 4
CPU: AMD 3600x
RAM: (2) 16GB DDR4 3200 CL16
GPU: AMD RX580 8GB

Thanks for any help!

It sounds like you're doing a thorough job troubleshooting! Have you tried updating your BIOS? It might help. Since you're getting errors even with both sticks tested independently, it's worth considering that you could have a weak memory controller. I've had similar issues with other setups where the motherboard or CPU was the culprit rather than the RAM itself.

Is there any specific way to test the CPU or motherboard besides swapping them out with confirmed working ones?
