Help with My HP Laptop’s BSOD and Random Restarts

I've been using my HP laptop without any issues for about 5 years, but everything changed when I tried to install an AMD Adrenalin driver for a game. It's been two weeks since I attempted the installation and despite uninstalling the Adrenalin driver with the AMD cleanup utility, reinstalling the default drivers, resetting Windows, and updating the BIOS, I'm still experiencing Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) every few hours. Since I rely on this laptop for school, I'm really hoping someone can help me out! Each restart logs a Critical error in the Event Viewer (Kernel-Power 41). Here's the link to my dump file: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ts2ubc249ceffow/060225-12578-01.rar/file

It sounds like thermal issues might be at play here. After the new drivers were installed, your CPU could be running hotter than usual, especially if you neglected to check the temperature during gaming sessions. When you reinstalled Windows, was it a fresh install or a repair? Sometimes just a repair can lead to more problems. Also, check if your fans are working correctly; if they’ve been pushed too hard, they might need a look too.

I totally get the overheating concern; I've left my laptop running hot during gaming sessions too. Just to clarify, my laptop isn't hot when it crashes—even mild warmth at most. I did buy a stand to help with cooling.

To get a better understanding of your BSOD issue, you should check for any crash logs in the Minidump folder (C:WindowsMinidump). If you have any, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site like Mediafire or Catbox. It’s crucial to have multiple dump files to analyze the problem properly. Also, make sure to follow the instructions for setting up the Small Memory Dump so that new logs will be saved.
