Hi everyone, I'm Jacob and I've been running into some problems with my PC. My first issue was unstable RAM, which I managed to fix by loading optimized defaults in the BIOS. However, I'm still having a frustrating problem where my PC will freeze if it's doing very little, and the only way to get it working again is to turn it off and back on. Here are my specs for reference:
- Ryzen 9 5950 AM4
- RTX 3080 Founders Edition
- Samsung Pro 980 1TB NVMe
- Micron 512GB NVMe
- 750W PSU
- 32GB DDR4. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like one of your RAM sticks might not be seated properly. I suggest turning off your PC and unplugging it, then carefully take out the memory modules and reinsert them to ensure they're all snug in their slots. Also, if your BIOS has a memory test feature, run that after reseating them to check for any issues.
You might want to check the community resources about PC fixes to see if there's anything related to your specific issue. It's possible there could be a known solution there to help with the freezing problem.
