I've been having some monitor problems that started just a couple of hours ago. I've searched online for solutions but haven't found much help. I've already checked my RAM and GPU, and tried different cables and ports, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Does anyone have any insights on what's going on and how to resolve this?

Just a heads up, make sure all cables are securely connected. Sometimes a loose cable can cause strange display behavior, even if it looks fine on the surface. Try reseating them just to be safe!
Check if the problem shows up in the monitor's built-in menu. If those vertical lines appear there too, it could mean the monitor itself is failing, not the GPU. From what I can see in the picture you posted, the lines across the screen suggest it might be a panel issue.
Have you tried reinstalling or updating your monitor drivers? Sometimes that can sort out display problems.
