I'm struggling with my Samsung HDTV monitor. Every time I turn it on, I get a message that says, "This mode is not appropriate. Optimal mode: 1366x768 @60Hz". I've tried fiddling with the settings, but nothing seems to help. I found an old post about a similar issue, but that was more focused on PCs, and I'm using both a PlayStation and an Xbox. Can anyone help me get this sorted?

Have you checked the specs for your monitor? It sounds like 1366x768 might be its max resolution. You might need to connect your consoles to a different TV to change the display settings down to a compatible resolution.
