Help with Unstable Windows 11 Startup Issues

I'm having problems getting my Windows 11 PC to start up properly. It keeps showing a black screen and then automatically reboots. My setup includes a Ryzen 5600X, RTX 3080, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. I suspect the issue might be related to memory, so I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool. I've attached some memory dump files for reference. Can anyone help me figure out what might be causing these startup issues?

It sounds like you might be dealing with faulty memory. The diagnostics tools for DDR4 can be unreliable and may pass even if there's a bad DIMM. Have you tried running your system normally to see if the crashes occur only with one of the DIMMs? Typically, it's rare for more than one stick to fail at the same time. Also, I noticed your motherboard BIOS is pretty outdated. You should update it to the latest version available on the manufacturer's site. Don't forget to check your AMD chipset drivers too; they're probably outdated as well!

Before making any BIOS changes, ensure you have reliable backups of your data. Also, if you're using 4 sticks of RAM, they might be unstable, especially when overclocked with XMP or DOCP settings. If possible, can you confirm if you have 2 or 4 RAM sticks?

Testing your RAM with a program like Memtest86 in Safe Mode could help identify issues. If that's not an option, you might want to swap out each stick individually to isolate potential problems. It can also help to regularly check your system's event logs for any clues about what's causing the instability.
