Help with Video Output Issues on My PC

I've been facing a strange problem with my PC's video output for a few months now. Typically, I leave my computer on, but whenever I return, the fans are running at full speed. A quick shutdown and restart usually resolves it. Recently, however, the HDMI port on my GPU (a RTX 4090) stopped outputting video again. After checking things like reseating the RAM, resetting the CMOS, and replugging the PSU cables to the GPU, everything seemed normal until I nudged the case back into my room while it was running, which led to another black screen and again, fans at full speed. It makes me wonder if something is loose. Interestingly, in the past, this problem occurred while stationary, so I'm confused. I noticed that the issue seems to reliably happen when I remove the glass side of the case—see this video for reference: [Video Link](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-ReJWCJQnU). Any suggestions? Here are my specs: CPU: Intel Core i5-12600KF, GPU: ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 AMP, RAM: 32GB DDR4-3200MHz, Storage: 1TB WD Blue SN570 NVMe, Motherboard: MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4, PSU: MSI MPG A1000G-1000W.

The RTX 4090 is quite a hefty card. Are you using a GPU sag bracket? If not, the weight might actually be pulling it loose from the PCIe slot, especially when you're moving things around.

You may be onto something. I found that when I take off the side panel, the fans ramp up and I lose video output. The glass panel shouldn't be hitting the sag bracket, but it could be grazing the GPU power cables, right?
