I've recently built a PC with 2 sticks of Corsair DDR4 3200 RAM, a B660M DS3H DDR4 motherboard, and an i5 12400 CPU. However, I'm unable to enable XMP or even run the RAM at 3000MHz. I waited nearly 10 minutes but it still won't boot. Does anyone have any tips or fixes for this issue?

Make sure you're using the correct RAM slots. Try the 1st and 3rd slots if you haven't already. If that doesn't help, resetting the CMOS can sometimes do the trick. If XMP doesn’t work, you might have to manually adjust the settings to get everything stable. Just keep in mind that XMP isn't guaranteed to work with every setup.
Is this a new build or an old one? Sometimes, older hardware can be finicky with newer RAM settings.
If you're using the 1st and 3rd slots, that’s cool, but double-check your motherboard manual to make sure that's the recommended configuration. Sometimes it can be picky about slots. Also, maybe try a different RAM speed setting to see if it’ll boot at a lower speed.
