I've been using a 5800X3D with a DeepCool LT520 for about a year now, and I've noticed that my CPU temperatures seem pretty high. I've reapplied some MX4 thermal paste, thinking that would help, but it hasn't made a difference. My CPU's idle temperature is around 60°C, and it jumps to about 79-81°C when gaming. I'm unsure if these temperatures are acceptable or if there's something wrong with my pump speed or cooling setup. Any insights would be really appreciated!

You might want to consider using a better thermal paste than MX4, as it's not the best option on the market. Some users report great results with pastes like Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or Noctua NT-H1. Also, don't forget to adjust your fan curves in the BIOS—this can really help manage those temps better when gaming!

I think fan curves are definitely in the BIOS. And while I thought MX4 was decent, others suggest MX-6 and some top-tier pastes might give you a better edge. Just make sure you’re applying it correctly!
