I've got a bit of a pickle here: I haven't owned an Apple product since my old iPhone 3. I still have the correct password for my Apple account, but I'm stuck since I forgot the answers to my security questions, which are required to log in. Apple suggests resetting these security questions, but whenever I try to log in, I'm still prompted for the old answers first. I also can't seem to find any contact info for support on their site. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can access my account? Just to note, I want to access it so I can permanently close it.

Unfortunately, if you can't get past the security questions, you're pretty much locked out of your account. Without knowing the answers or being able to reset them, accessing the account is nearly impossible. Apple support might not even be able to help with that, so it's a tough spot to be in.
If you can't remember the password or the answers to your security questions, it sounds like you're not getting into that account anytime soon. It's a tough situation, but it might be worth contacting support anyway to see if there's anything else they can do, even if it's just to remove your personal data.

Thanks for the heads up! I guess I'll have to reach out to them and explain my situation.
