How Can I Add a 10Gbe Card to My PC When My RTX 3090 Blocks the Slot?

I'm trying to add a 10Gbe network card to my setup, but my ASUS RTX 3090 is blocking the x4 slot on my motherboard (ASUS PRIME Z690M-PLUS D4). Right now, the middle slot is covered by the 3090, and the bottom slot is occupied by a gigabit x1 card. I'd like to replace that x1 card with the x4 10Gbe card. Is there a way I can use an extender cable or any other method to fit it into my Corsair 2500x case? Thanks for any help!

Consider looking for an M.2 10Gbe option instead. It doesn't have to strictly be a 10GBe card. If you're planning upgrades in the future, you might want to switch to a full ATX motherboard for better slot options.

Just a heads up, if you go for a 10GBASE-T copper RJ-45 card, they can get pretty hot. The area around your RTX 3090 might already be warm, and these cards are designed for high airflow environments like servers. If you're thinking about SFP+ DAC instead, those usually stay cooler.
