My computer has been acting up lately. When I boot it normally, it runs for about a minute before throwing error messages and then the screen goes black. However, it works perfectly fine when I boot it in safe mode. Currently, it's in safe mode with internet access, and my IT department has asked me to set up remote access. I've tried starting Teams for them, but it won't work no matter what I do.

Is this a work computer? It seems odd that IT is asking you to set this up when it should be their responsibility. They should be handling any remote access issues.
It is my computer that I've been using for work. I just didn't want to drag a company laptop back and forth on my bike.
