I recently installed some hard drives from my old PC as extra storage in my new build, but I'm struggling to assign drive letters to them so I can access the data. I'm not sure what the issue is. Just for context, my previous PC stopped working suddenly, and I couldn't diagnose the problem. I think the drives might have been part of a RAID setup, but I can't confirm that. Any advice would be really helpful! Here's a link to an image that shows the drive information: [https://imgur.com/a/f1zDrJe](https://imgur.com/a/f1zDrJe).

It looks like Windows can't find a file system for your hard drives, which is why you can't assign them letters. Do you have any details about how they were used in your old PC? If they were part of a RAID setup or if you had encryption like BitLocker, that could be the issue. It'd help if you could share more about whether it was a regular Windows setup or not.
Did anyone have access to your PC while you were away? If not, it's likely that the drives were in RAID configuration. If you're unable to recover the data as they are, you could consider wiping them and reformatting for fresh use.
Just a thought, but was your old PC a Dell? They often set the disk controller to RAID mode, even if there's just one drive. If you're using a non-RAID controller for those drives now, they're not going to be readable.
