How can I automate the management of multiple conference rooms?

I'm managing six conference rooms, three of which are equipped for Zoom and Teams meetings. Currently, we follow a manual process where we send emails to our receptionist, who maintains a single public calendar in Outlook. I'm looking for an automated solution that eliminates the need for manual booking. I'm open to using an AI assistant or any other suggestions for streamlining this process.

Using Teams rooms for your huddle spaces sounds like a solid plan. You'll still be able to manage bookings and features through Outlook. I believe Microsoft provides 25 free Teams Room Standard licenses, too, which is a nice perk!

Have you thought about making the conference rooms bookable resources in Exchange? This could simplify the process quite a bit, maybe pairing it with an auto attendant for easy access.
