I need a full week without calls or messages from my family or anyone else. I don't want to remove my SIM card or permanently block their numbers—I just want my phone to be unreachable during that time so I can have some peace and quiet. Is there a setting or temporary option that can do this?

If you only want the notifications silenced, use Do Not Disturb. On an iPhone, set it to allow calls from nobody; Android phones have similar DND settings. Keep in mind calls may still reach voicemail, so this makes you quiet rather than truly unreachable.
You could also simply power the phone off. If you need to remain online over Wi‑Fi, Airplane Mode with Wi‑Fi manually enabled is probably the most convenient choice.
Some Android phones have a SIM Manager setting that lets you disable the SIM temporarily with a toggle. That disconnects cellular calls and messages without physically removing the card, and you can re-enable it after the week.
The simplest option is Airplane Mode. It disconnects your phone from the cellular network, so calls and texts won’t come through. You can turn Wi‑Fi back on separately if you still want internet access.
