Hey everyone, I'm trying to stop my kids from downloading some really addictive apps, especially Roblox, from the Play Store on their devices. I've already set parental controls on their accounts, but they just create new ones to bypass those restrictions. I've even deleted the app and disabled the Play Store, but they keep enabling it and reinstalling the app. I'm looking for a way to completely block these apps from my router to ensure they can't access them on any tablets, phones, or laptops at home. I'd really appreciate any advice on this! Just so you know, I'm not worried about mobile data or them connecting to a different network, since they're only 7 and 10 years old. I'm not super strict about it; I just want to limit their gaming time at home, as I feel they're a bit too young for it. Thanks!

It sounds like you might need a technical solution here. Just a heads up, if your kids are determined enough, they'll usually find a way around restrictions. That said, blocking the apps through your router can definitely help limit their access at home. Maybe set it up so they can still use those apps elsewhere, like at the library, but keep home a no-gaming zone for now!

Yeah, I think blocking the app at home is a smart move. They can still enjoy it later, just not during their main screen time at home.
