I recently found out that my company installed a Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile on my iPhone, but I deleted it afterwards. Now, I'm noticing that the name of my iPhone has been changed and I'm wondering if there might be other settings that were altered. Is there a way to see what else could have been modified since I can't access the MDM anymore?

If you're really uneasy about it, wiping the device will erase everything and set it back to factory conditions, which might be the safest option if you suspect anything.
Yeah, if this was a company-owned device, it had to have been approved by you at some point. If your employer didn't provide the phone, then you might want to think twice about using your personal device for work.
Was this a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) situation? That would change how things are handled.
It's wild how many folks use their personal devices for work! If your employer requires you to use a device, they should be providing it. It's always safer that way.
Unfortunately, once it's been removed, you're kind of out of luck in checking what changes were made. The best solution for complete peace of mind is to factory reset your iPhone and set it up as new. That's the only way to ensure everything is back to normal.
