How can I check who purchased licenses in the billing portal?

I'm trying to figure out if there's a straightforward way to see who specifically has spent money in the billing portal, like identifying the person who bought a license or procured an item. For instance, I noticed that 25 Teams Room Pro licenses were purchased, but I can't seem to find any information on who made that purchase. Is there an easy way to access this info?

In Azure, you typically use Cost Management for these kinds of inquiries. However, since you're mentioning Microsoft 365, you might want to check the Audit Logs there. It could help you see who purchased the licenses. Just fyi, those Teams licenses are often part of a trial that gets converted into a transaction after 30 days.

Yeah, exactly! Those trial licenses can get converted, and sometimes it can be confusing if you aren't keeping track of the original setup.

If you want to dig deeper, check around where the licenses are listed. There might be activity logs or something similar that show who actually pressed the button to make the purchase.

Do you work with a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)? They usually keep track of these activities and can provide more detailed logs for you.

I do have a CSP, so that might be worth exploring. Thanks for the tip!
