I'm currently dual booting Fedora and Debian. I love using Fedora, but I need to use my Huion tablet, which only has drivers for Debian. The problem is, my computer defaults to booting into Debian every time. I'd like to either set Fedora as the default OS or have it prompt me to choose which one to boot into without having to access the UEFI boot menu each time. Is there a way to configure the boot options, possibly using GRUB? I've been searching for answers but I don't know the right terms to look for.

I checked your situation, and it’s a bit strange that the drivers can only be installed on Debian. Is it a proprietary package? Sounds like a deb package issue, and converting it to work in Fedora might have led to the install failure you faced.
With GRUB, you can definitely set it to boot into a specific OS by default or make it wait for you to choose each time you start the computer. If you don't see both systems listed in the GRUB menu, there might be an issue with having more than one EFI partition that needs to be fixed.
