I recently got an HP Omen 25L from my uncle, but I encountered a problem after factory resetting it to remove his files. After the reset, his Microsoft account was still logged in, and when I tried to use his PIN, I got an error saying, 'The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.' Since I can't sign in or access any settings, I'm looking for a way to completely wipe the computer so I can set up my own account. I'm having trouble finding clear instructions on how to do this. Any help would be appreciated!

The best way to solve this is to completely reinstall Windows instead of just resetting it. You should create a bootable USB with Windows 11 using another PC. Then, boot your HP Omen from that USB (you can usually do this by pressing F9 during startup). After that, choose the Custom install option and delete all partitions. This will fully wipe the computer and allow you to create your own account right from the start.
Just a heads up, if you're stuck at the 'getting Windows ready' screen, it might take a little longer depending on your system. If it doesn't progress after a while, it could be worth trying to restart from the bootable USB again. Good luck!
Don’t forget to connect your PC with an Ethernet cable if possible during the installation. It can help with the setup process and downloading any necessary updates right away!
