I'm looking to extract some specific pages from a PDF of a tabletop book to share just those pages. The PDF has tables that I'd like to share without sending the entire document. I can't just take screenshots because when I adjust my PDF reader to fit the whole page on the screen, the text becomes too small to read. Is there an easy way to do this?

You might want to check out CutePDF. It's a handy tool that can help you convert PDF pages into images. Just go to their website and use the online editor to select the pages you need.
