How Can I Diagnose My Gaming Performance Issues?

Lately, I've noticed that my gaming performance has been declining significantly. My FPS is lower than usual, and I'm uncertain whether the issue is stemming from software or hardware. What steps can I take to accurately diagnose the problem? If it's a hardware issue, how do I identify which component is causing the trouble? I'm open to any tips you may have!

You can use HWinfo to monitor your system. Just switch to Sensor Only mode to check the CPU and GPU temperatures, wattage usage, and clock speeds. This will help you see if anything is running hotter or drawing more power than it should.

I'm a bit new to this, how do I figure out what's normal for those values?
