How Can I Diagnose My PC’s Frequent Crashes?

Hey everyone, my PC keeps shutting down unexpectedly with a black screen before rebooting. I'm trying to figure out whether the issue is coming from my hardware or software. I previously experienced a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) that I think was related to Citrix, which I've already uninstalled. I have a .dmp file that I'd like some help analyzing. Here's the link: [dmp file](https://www.mediafire.com/file/4usuoj93orjyl6l/082225-11906-01.zip/file). Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like your crash is due to a memory error. For a proper analysis though, we'd need more dump files since the link you provided seems dead. Honestly, the person who reviewed it before might have not known how to look up debugging properly, so don't sweat it if it wasn't Citrix causing the issue.

Thanks for the info! I'll upload the previous dump file so we can take a better look.

Here's another dump file for your reference: [dump file link](https://www.mediafire.com/file/x38wa0z3n9wdqqz/082125-8765-01+-+Kopie.zip/file). Hopefully, it helps!

For accurate BSOD analysis, you really need specific dump files. If you can boot into Windows normally or via Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash logs. If you find any, zip that folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or MediaFire. It's best to provide multiple dump files to work with. If you don’t have any, I'd suggest following this [guide](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html) to create Small Memory Dumps going forward.
