I'm planning to add a WiFi and Bluetooth adapter to my PC since it doesn't have either built-in. My question is whether I can easily turn off or disable those features when I'm about to sleep, similar to how I would turn off my internet modem.

You can definitely disable your network adapter through Windows. It's a simple way to turn off WiFi and Bluetooth without shutting your PC down. Alternatively, you can also use airplane mode or just turn off the computer if you prefer. But keep in mind that turning off the PC doesn't always cut power to the Ethernet if that’s how you're connected.
Yes! You can quickly toggle WiFi and Bluetooth on and off directly from the system tray in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just click on the icon to manage your connections.
If you want a more automated solution, consider getting a smart plug for your modem. You can schedule it to turn off in the evening and back on in the morning, which might save you some hassle!
