Hi everyone! I'm in a bit of a bind here. I'm trying to find a way to download my lock screen wallpaper, which happens to be a picture of my niece that I lost, and I really want to keep it. I've looked into it, but most guides only talk about downloading images from the web to use as wallpapers. I've tried taking a screenshot, but the clock and notification bar cover part of the image. I even attempted screen recording with different apps, but since I have to wake my phone up (not fully shut down, just unlock), it doesn't capture everything properly. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A15. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You might be able to remove any widgets from your lock screen temporarily. If you can create a new space or overlay, that could help you see the wallpaper without the clutter. Just swipe them off the screen before trying to capture the image!
Have you tried connecting your phone to a computer? You can use file explorer to look for the wallpaper image. Check both the internal storage and any SD card for jpg, bmp, or even png files. Sometimes the image is saved in a cache folder that won’t show up in your gallery unless you’re connected to a computer.
There's also a button that might allow you to show the wallpaper in your photo library, but I’m not sure how effective that would be if the photo was deleted or something. It's worth a shot if you're looking for any possible recovery options!
Is it possible to do that on a lock screen? I thought those widgets were fixed in place.
