How Can I Drill Down Azure Costs to Specific Resources?

I've been struggling with Azure's consolidated billing lately. The monthly invoices provide totals by subscription but lack the detailed resource-level breakdowns we desperately need for accurate cost allocation and optimization. My engineering teams want to see expenses tied to particular VMs, storage, and services for their projects, but the native cost management tools just aren't giving us that level of detail.
