How Can I Escalate My Ignored Support Ticket?

I opened a support ticket 12 days ago about an issue with my Max plan that should include Claude Code usage, but I'm getting no response. I can't even use the Code feature without being prompted to buy extra tokens. I've tried logging out and even generated a new API key, but nothing seems to work. I'm really frustrated because I've effectively lost half a month's usage that I paid for. Now, I'm just looking for a way to escalate this situation or even get my money back if it can't be resolved.

Make sure when you're logging in through the terminal, you select the option for logging in with Claude desktop, and not the API option. The API option requires purchasing additional tokens, which might be why you’re having issues!
