How Can I Fix Error Code 0xc000000e on My PC?

I'm having a problem with my PC where it shows error code 0xc000000e and says a crucial file, Windowssystem32winload.exe, is missing. I've checked the drive physically and it seems to be in good shape—getting a response when it's connected, but I still can't boot up. I've prepared a Windows 10 ISO on a USB drive, but I'm stuck on what to do next in the repair section. I've tried some commands from YouTube tutorials, but I keep getting an 'access denied' message. Can someone guide me on how to resolve this issue?

I see you're already in the BIOS, but if the troubleshooting isn't fixing your PC and you're avoiding a full reinstall, I recommend using specific commands in the Command Prompt. While I can't give you exact commands, things like 'bootrec /fixmbr' or 'bootrec /scanos' might help. Just keep in mind that access denied usually means you need to run Command Prompt as an admin, so be sure to check that!

You should go into your BIOS and set the default boot device to your USB drive. This way, your PC should boot from the Windows USB, and you can either try one of the repair options or prepare for a fresh install if necessary. To access the BIOS, you typically have to press a key during startup like ESC, Del, F1, F2, or F12.
