How can I fix stuttering issues with my RTX 5070 Ti?

I recently upgraded to an RTX 5070 Ti, but I'm experiencing a lot of issues across various games and even during driver installations. For example, after installing drivers, my screens went black, but after a reset, they worked again. I've had to reinstall the drivers multiple times before they worked correctly. In games like Doom: Dark Ages, I face constant crashes and freezes, and sometimes I even get a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). In Nighteign, I experience annoying stutters lasting 10-20 seconds, and while playing PoE1, my PC stutters when loading new maps, making it seem like I'm about to crash. Is there any way to fix these issues, or is my graphics card faulty? I'm using a 7800X3D CPU, so I doubt the stuttering is caused by that.

You might want to try driver version 576.28. That's what I'm using with my 5070, and it has helped a lot. Also, adjusting Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) in Windows settings might be beneficial. I’ve heard that Windows 11 24H2 has some bugs affecting the current drivers and anti-cheat software in games.

Have you tried using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to do a clean driver install? I had stuttering and performance issues after my upgrade, but running DDU and reinstalling the drivers fixed it for me. It's worth a shot!

What version did you install after running DDU? Was it the latest one?
