I was watching a video on YouTube when my Windows 11 laptop suddenly crashed with a BSOD, showing the error message "system_thread_exception_not_handled." I've tried various solutions I found online, including uninstalling drivers and restoring my PC, both locally and via the cloud, but nothing has worked. After a hard reboot, it restarts but crashes again as soon as I try to connect to the internet. However, it does boot in safe mode. Here are my specs: Acer A515-57G, 16GB RAM, i5 12th gen, and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

To get a better idea of what's causing the BSOD, you'll need the dump files, which are crash logs that Windows creates during a BSOD. If you can, try booting into Windows normally or at least in safe mode. Look in C:WindowsMinidump for any crash dump files. If you find some, copy the folder to your desktop, zip it, and then upload it to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com—Reddit can be tricky with links. If you don’t have zip software, just right-click the folder to compress it. Multiple dump files are best for diagnosing the issue, and if there's only one, don’t worry too much. Just follow a guide to set up your system to create small memory dumps in the future!

What if I can't upload the file? I can’t access the internet in safe mode!
