I accidentally subscribed to Microsoft 365 and autopay deducted money from my account on August 4th. I didn't intend to buy it, and I've already reported the charge to Apple. Microsoft advised me to reach out to Apple for help since they handle billing. Is there any other way I can get my refund?

Just a heads up, saying you didn’t cancel in time usually won’t fly as a valid excuse for a refund. You signed up for the trial, and if you didn’t cancel in time, they might not approve your refund. But hey, giving it a shot can’t hurt!
You can indeed request a refund through Apple. However, if you didn’t cancel before the trial ended, getting a refund might be tricky. Just be prepared in case they deny your request.
Definitely reach out to Apple for your refund. Also, a tip for the future: consider canceling any subscriptions right after starting a free trial or making a purchase. That way, you won't get billed automatically later.
