Hey everyone, I'm a CSP provider for Azure and I've run into a situation where a few of my clients are struggling to make their payments. I'm wondering what options I have to restrict or disable their services in light of this issue. I plan to consult with my legal team, but I'd like to hear what possible steps I can take before I do. Thanks!

If you're considering shutting it all down, remember there could be potential legal ramifications. Have you thought about restricting access instead? Maybe you can limit their resource usage without completely turning everything off.
Another option is to use a Conditional Access policy to block all access except from your IP as the CSP. I’ve done this before and it worked well to get attention from non-paying clients.
You could suspend their services entirely; Microsoft has a 90-day rule after which you can completely remove their access. Better check out their policies to be sure!
I didn’t know about that 90-day rule! Where can I find more details on it?
Before you make any moves, it’s best to chat with your legal team. They’ll guide you based on the laws relevant to your situation, especially regarding service termination.
Yeah, I’m hoping for alternatives to just shutting it down. Limiting their access sounds like a possible route!
