I've got this bulky Acer PC, and let me tell you, after about 30 minutes of gaming, my room feels like a sauna. My air conditioning isn't cutting it; the thermostat is in another room, so that doesn't help. In winter, I could just open a window to cool things down, but now it's summer and that's not an option.
I'm considering a standalone AC unit that I'd vent out my door since my window isn't compatible with any AC designs. I'd really appreciate hearing any suggestions or solutions you all might have for this issue. Thanks!

You might want to try using a box fan to help circulate air in and out of the room. Additionally, looking into making your PC components more efficient could help a lot. Venting an AC unit out the door might not work as well as you think. Can’t you open the windows at all? There are also those portable AC units that come with a vent hose, which should fit in any window that opens a bit. Check those out!
One solid approach is to decentralize the heat. If you can’t effectively vent the heat out of the room using fans or an AC intake, why not move the PC to another room altogether? It’ll really help with keeping your space cool.
I could definitely try a box fan, but I usually keep my door closed. Plus, my PC has to run at max performance for things beyond just gaming. I had an idea to make a custom exhaust attachment for the AC to slide under my door, but I’m not sure how well that would work. My casement window opens outwards with vertical hinges, so it might be tricky.
