I've got a chunky Acer PC that heats up my room significantly after about 30 minutes of gaming. Unfortunately, my AC isn't effective since the thermostat is in a different part of the house. In the colder months, I could just crack a window, but it's summer now. I was thinking of buying a portable AC that vents out through my door since my window doesn't work for traditional setups. Any suggestions or different solutions you've tried? Thanks!

Using a box fan can help to circulate the air in and out of your room. Also, try optimizing the cooling efficiency of your PC components. I wouldn't suggest venting AC out the door, though—check if your windows can accommodate one of those portable AC units with vent hoses. They work with windows that can open a bit!
The best bet is to decentralize the heat. You might want to move the PC to another room if possible. That way, it won't heat up your gaming space as much. If that's not an option, consider getting a good fan to help circulate air or improve your PC's cooling system.
I might give the box fan a shot, but I usually keep my door closed. Performance-wise, my PC really needs to be at its peak, but I like your idea about custom exhaust for the AC. My window situation is tricky because it hinges vertically, so I'm not sure a window unit would even fit.
