How Can I Log Out of My Apple ID on an Old iPhone?

Hey everyone, I have an iPhone 14 from my previous job that I'd like to start using again, but I can't log out of the Apple ID. I don't have access to my old email or phone number to reset the password. Contacting my company's IT department for assistance isn't an option either. I never set up a passcode or Face ID on this device. I'm wondering if there's a way to log out or a workaround, like using Face ID for authentication, to get this phone back in action instead of letting it collect dust in a drawer.

There's really no easy workaround. If Find My is enabled, you're going to need the login info or have to submit a removal request with proof of purchase. If it's off, though, you can wipe the phone using Recovery Mode with your computer, and then set it up with a different account.

Unfortunately, without the Apple ID credentials or proof of purchase, you can't factory reset the phone or log out. Setting up Face ID won't help either. Your best bet is to check the official support page for more details on this issue.

Just a heads up, if Find My is off, erasing the device with a computer might work. Just put it in Recovery Mode and you can set it up with a new Apple ID afterward.
