How Can I Lower the High Temperatures on My MSI MAG Z790 Build?

I'm looking for some advice on configuring my BIOS to help with the high temperatures I'm experiencing on my MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk with an Intel i7-14700K. My PC, which I built last August, runs really hot—between 98 and 100 degrees Celsius during heavy loads like streaming on Twitch using OBS, playing Lineage 2, and having Spotify open. I've tried waiting for updates from Intel hoping for a fix, but none have resolved the issue so far. I suspect it might be because the BIOS settings may have my CPU overclocked, and I don't want to risk messing something up since I've invested heavily in this build. Can someone guide me on how to undervolt my CPU properly in the BIOS? Thanks in advance!

First off, what temps are you hitting? Have you fiddled with the fan curve on your cooler? It's a good place to start. Also, you mentioned your fans run at 100% speed, which can be noisy—did you know you can adjust that in the BIOS?

Yeah, my fans are at max speed all the time too! It sounds like a factory over here!
