How can I maximize my RAM’s performance without risking a blue screen?

I have a 4x16 GB RAM kit, and every time I enable EXPO in the BIOS, it leads to multiple issues, including needing to reinstall Windows to regain access. I'm hoping to utilize the full potential of my RAM without encountering blue screen errors. Is there a method to achieve this while keeping all 64 GB?

It sounds like you're running into compatibility issues since DDR5 doesn't handle four DIMMs well. I'd suggest switching to a 2x32 GB configuration for better speed and stability. That way, you can still access all 64 GB without problems.

Totally agree! Plus, using two sticks generally improves performance because the memory controller has an easier job.
