How can I prevent Adobe users from saving files to the Document Cloud?

I'm looking for a way to prevent users from saving their documents to Adobe's Document Cloud. We prefer that they save their files to SharePoint or OneDrive instead, especially since we back up those platforms regularly and need to manage access for user terminations. We have Adobe Enterprise with M365 SSO and are specifically concerned about Adobe Acrobat. I've tried a few methods already:

1. Blocked access via Defender for Cloud Apps.
2. Used a DNS filter to prevent access.
3. Followed steps from a community post about disabling cloud storage settings in the registry.

Even after all this, we still have users accidentally saving files to Adobe Cloud with no clear idea how it happened. The admin console doesn't provide a straightforward way to enforce this restriction. Now, I've noticed that the Defender for Cloud Apps is flagging a lot of incidents, possibly due to Adobe trying to access certain registry keys and attempting connections to its cloud services. I'm looking for a reliable solution to stop this issue once and for all.

You can use the Acrobat Customization Wizard when deploying your apps. There's a box that allows you to disable Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud services under "Online Services and Features." Check out the wizard here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Wizard/index.html.

Make sure file sync is disabled when creating the Adobe package. If you're using versions from the admin console, you can find options for this easily.

Why not upgrade to Pro? You'll have more control over features and settings that can help with your issues.

We actually have both Standard and Pro versions, but we're on the enterprise plan.
