I've been experiencing an issue where the fans on my AIO cooler ramp up to maximum RPM for around 5 seconds whenever I'm in the middle of a game, especially during fights. I've attempted to resolve this by adjusting the step up and step down settings in the BIOS, but it hasn't worked. I'm looking for suggestions on how to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like your fan curve might be too sensitive to quick temperature changes. Try increasing the step up time even more in the BIOS. You could also check if there's an advanced fan tuning mode in your BIOS. If those options aren't effective, consider using a Windows fan control tool like Argus Monitor or FanControl to get better control over your fans.
Thanks for the suggestions! I'll give those a shot.
