I recently got a great deal on an MSI Pro B650M motherboard paired with a Ryzen 5 7600 processor. However, I've just discovered there are VRM overheating issues with this motherboard from watching some YouTube videos. Since I'm going to be using this setup for a while before I can upgrade again, I'm wondering if there are any effective ways to prevent the VRMs from overheating. What tips or advice can you share for keeping this system running smoothly?

Your Ryzen 5 7600 has a 65W TDP, so it should be fine for now. Just keep an eye on the temps and avoid upgrading to a higher power CPU like the 7900X, which could push the limits too much. It’s all about managing those power draw levels!
One solid option is to buy and manually attach VRM heatsinks to the VRMs. It can help disperse heat better and keep everything cooler. Just make sure to get the right size for your board!
Will this be fine in the long run?
Thanks, mate! That's still helpful enough.
