How can I print over a network with a non-network-capable printer?

I'm trying to find a way to print over a network using my Panasonic KX-MB2120 printer, which according to the manual, doesn't support any network printing capabilities. I'm authorized to make any necessary changes, including network and security settings, to get this working. I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Consider using a print server device that connects to your network and the printer, typically via USB. That way, you can have your devices print over the network. Just search for 'USB print server' online and you'll find several options! If budget is a concern, just let me know and I can suggest alternatives.

Are you saying I'd need to purchase something? If so, that's unfortunately not really feasible for me right now.

If you want to print from multiple devices like Windows 10 and 11 PCs, a good solution would be to connect the printer to a dedicated computer or print server. Your other devices would send print requests to that computer, which would then send the job to the printer via USB. Just make sure the printer's drivers are installed on the computer that’s connected to it.

I see! Just to clarify, I meant to ask what devices you're trying to print from. Do you have the printer connected to a computer already, or do you need to set up that connection?

Yeah, connecting to a computer sounds like a good start. Do I need to set up a print server on that computer first?
