My speed tests show that I usually have a download speed of 75 Mbps and an upload of 30 Mbps, but when my family streams, my ping can spike to 150 ms. Any suggestions?

It’s strange that simply browsing and scrolling doesn't consume that much bandwidth. When you start to notice lag, what does your speed test show? Sometimes, it drops significantly; I’ve seen that happen before, and it can also indicate an ISP issue instead of just your home network.
You should look into enabling Quality of Service (QoS) settings on your router. This feature lets you prioritize specific devices, which means you can give your Ethernet connection the highest bandwidth priority. Just check your router's settings, and you should be able to allocate bandwidth accordingly.
Do you have a router that allows you to prioritize devices by MAC address? If so, you can set your work device as a priority. This would help manage the bandwidth better, especially during peak usage times with your family on their phones.
