How Can I Properly Test My 14th Gen Intel CPU for Stability?

Hey everyone! I've been using an i5 14600KF for over a year with an ASRock Z790 PG Lightning WiFi motherboard, and I've only adjusted the XMP settings in the BIOS. I haven't encountered any system instability or high temperatures, but I'm curious if there's a good way to test my CPU for performance and stability. Any suggestions?

You might want to check out some synthetic benchmark tests like Cinebench R23 or R24 to monitor your CPU temperatures. AIDA64 is great for in-depth stability testing. Just a heads up—when I used my i5 (the K version), I saw really high temperatures at stock settings. I had to adjust power limits and turbo settings. Now, I'm hitting around 90-92°C during benchmarks, which pushed me into reconfiguring my cooling setup. So make sure to keep an eye on your temps!

Thanks for the tips! I’ve been gaming and monitoring my temps, and they haven’t gone above 70°C so far.
