I recently got a refurbished iPhone 12 after losing my old iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy in a car accident. Now, I'm trying to log in to my Apple ID, but it's asking for verification through my lost iPhone or the phone number linked to the account. Since I've ordered a new SIM but it's a different number, I can't receive the authentication codes. I still have access to the associated email address and receipts from my album purchases. Is there a way to recover my Apple ID without the original phone number or device?

You might want to contact your mobile provider to see if they can issue you a replacement SIM that has the same number linked to your Apple ID. Once you have that, you can select options like "I don't have the device" or "Can't access your devices?" and you should be able to get a code sent to your phone.
Just be careful, I got a new number too when I ordered my SIM and they didn’t let me keep my old one. Make sure to check what your provider can do!
