I'm having trouble recovering my Apple ID because I used a temporary burner phone number that I no longer have access to, and I can't remember what it was. I also don't have any trusted devices signed in. Is there any way for me to recover my account without that number?

If you didn't have a reliable phone plan, try contacting the service provider for the burner number. Sometimes they can help retrieve old numbers or info. If not, it’s pretty much a dead end without that number. Also, check around with friends or family to see if they might remember it.
My family doesn't know anything about it since I used a random SMS service.
