How can I recover my corrupted USB drive?

I've got a 16 GB USB drive that I was trying to set up as a bootable USB for Linux Mint, since I'm a developer. Unfortunately, using Rufus pretty much messed it up. My computer doesn't detect it in Explorer, but it shows up in Disk Management and Device Manager. I've tried using TestDisk and Luxar, but Luxar ended up giving me a virus and TestDisk didn't really help much—just improved it slightly. Any suggestions on how to recover it?

You should give BalenaEtcher a try! It's a solid tool for creating bootable USBs and might work better with your drive. Just make sure to run it as an administrator. Let me know if you run into any issues!

I tried that, but it keeps saying the drive is locked. Any tips on how to unlock it?
