I'm trying to log back into my old TikTok account but I've forgotten my password and don't have access to the phone number linked to the account. I've attempted to use email verification to reset it; however, I keep getting error messages like 'Verification code is expired or incorrect', 'Unable to login, please update password', and 'Check your internet connection and try again.' This is really frustrating because I enter the code right after receiving it, and my internet connection is fine. I've reached out to TikTok support, but they haven't been helpful at all. Has anyone experienced similar issues or does anyone know how to resolve this? I just want to regain access to my account!

I totally feel your pain! It seems like TikTok's support is often not very responsive. If they told you they can’t help, you might want to try reaching out to them again through a different method, like their official social media channels. Sometimes a public tweet gets quicker results!
Unfortunately, it sounds like you've hit a snag that only TikTok support can handle. Just be cautious about anyone claiming they can help you recover your account for a fee; they might be trying to scam you.
