I recently tried to download FL Studio for free, but it opened the command prompt and did something weird, so I quickly shut it down. When I turned it back on, I was sent to an automatic repair screen. It mentions a log file at C:WINDOWSSystem32LogfilesSrtSrtTrail.txt. I attempted to reset my PC completely, but it says there's no admin account available. Does anyone have suggestions for how I can fix this?

Honestly, it sounds like it was time for a reset anyway. Just make sure you're really wiping the drive clean if you go that route. It's safer to do a full reinstall rather than just resetting.
A clean install of Windows from a USB created on another computer could be your best bet. Until you get that done, keep this PC offline to prevent any further issues. Make sure to back up your important files, and once you’ve wiped your system and installed a fresh copy, change your passwords and set up 2FA.
One way to handle this is to reinstall Windows using a USB stick. You should also change all your passwords and enable two-factor authentication on accounts. Don't forget to remove any unknown devices from your accounts too.
